Lot rent is too high and there isn't anything for the kids to do.
Three Rivers is nice in some parts and not in other parts . They do provide garbage which is nice but you have to pay water. There are two parks on site but not in very nice condition . I like that it's right off the bike path and management is nice . They are working on the roads
