Excellent service by Frank! He went above and beyond what I expected. He installed a water heater & water softener in a vary timely manner. He also saved me from a leaking pipe under my sink which I knew nothing about. Very pleasant & knowledgeable guy to chat with. Definitely recommend Frank & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to everyone.
Mike came out to help us with a copper pipe that was leaking. He was great! He was finished within an hour, cleaned up after himself and was just pleasant to work with. I also had a drip coming from my air conditioner drainage tube and he cleaned out the drain and warned me that I should have someone come out to check on the air conditioner. I would definitely call them if I have any plumbing needs in the future.
The second service was plumbing, with Mike. He was here to drain the water heater. He did so, but also checked the faucets, and toilets for proper operation. An excellent job.
